What will be different during your stay as a result of Covid-19?

Measures have been taken at the Resort that will secure our guests and employees.

We encourage everyone to follow the authorities’ recommendations. If you experience symptoms of Covid-19, such as a cold, fever, cough or reduced general condition, please stay at home. We look forward to welcoming you when you are symptom-free!

Check-in / check-out

Check-in and check-out take place as normal. We ask you to show consideration for other guests and staff and always keep two meters away.

Dining / In The Restaurant

You can choose whether you want to eat in the Restaurant or bring your food as takeaway. The tables in both restaurants are located at a distance as recommended by the authorities, and the menu can be found by holding the camera on your phone over the QR code located on all tables.

There will be disinfectant and disposable gloves available for all tables. Tables, chairs and other surfaces will be disinfected regularly

We point out that there will be no alcohol serving in any of our restaurants, in line with the authorities’ planned stop of drinking from March 25 to April 12.

Spa

Our spa and pool area is closed from March 25 to April 12 according to new guidelines.

Treatment offers are also closed during the same period.

Fitness room

We are happy to refer to nice hiking areas outside and in the area around the hotel. Here you have access to both blue trail and coastal path, bike trails and golf. The gym is closed.

Cleaning of hotels, rooms and common areas

Toilets, lifts, stairwells and common areas are washed and disinfected regularly. All surfaces, handles and other contact surfaces in rooms are cleaned with disinfectant. We try as far as possible to leave rooms unused for 3 to 4 days before they are used again.

What about spring, summer and beyond?

It will be possible to book stays in advance either via the website, email or telephone. Kragerø Resort will continuously assess the situation and the advice from public authorities, and will update with any new information on its website.

Swimming, Beach Club & summer vacation

Bathing in salt water poses no risk of becoming infected with covid-19 from the bathing water. On the other hand, it is important to keep in mind the general hygiene advice and the distance call.
