CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Booking and confirmation
The number of people, price, accommodation, food, drinks and any additional services are stated in the reservation confirmation that is sent after the booking has been completed.
2. Change and cancellation of stay
General terms and conditions
Cancellation or change of reservation must be made directly to the hotel by email or telephone.
Changes to arrival date or stay content may result in price changes. Additional services (“add-ons”) added after booking are charged at the time of booking.
Cancellation deadlines without cancellation insurance

Free cancellation of rooms and accommodation until 4:00 PM, 7 days before arrival

If cancelled after this time, the stay will be charged in full.
Cancellation deadlines with cancellation insurance

Free cancellation of rooms and accommodation (excl. insurance price) until 10:00 on the day of arrival

If cancelled after this time, the stay will be charged in full.
Changes made after the cancellation deadline may incur an administration fee.
3. Spa treatments
All spa treatments have a 72-hour change and cancellation period , including treatments included in packages.
Treatments that are not changed or canceled within the deadline will be charged in full.
Cancellation insurance does not apply to spa treatments.
4. Well-being rules
There must be quiet in hotel rooms and in the courtyard after 11:00 p.m. In the event of repeated complaints about noise, the hotel may impose a fee.
At some events, music may be played in conference areas until midnight.
5. Check-in and check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM on day of arrival

Check-out: by 11:00 AM on departure day
(Does not apply to Sunday Delight, where rooms can be reserved until 1:00 PM.)
Late check-out can be arranged with the hotel for an additional fee of NOK 350,-, depending on availability.
6. Liability for damage
The customer is financially responsible for damage to rooms, furnishings or common areas as a result of negligent or irresponsible behavior by the customer or their entourage.
7. Force majeure
Kragerø Resort may terminate the agreement without liability for damages in the event of events beyond the hotel's control, including strikes, lockouts, fires, natural disasters, pandemics or significant failure of deliveries.
8. Age limits

Bookings for accommodation can only be made by persons over 18 years of age.

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian.

The hotel may require valid identification if there is any doubt about age.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT POLICY
1. Contractual relationship
This purchase is regulated by Norwegian laws regarding consumer purchases over the internet, including:

E-commerce Act
The laws give the consumer certain rights. The terms of the contract do not limit these rights.
Buyer is the person who places the order.
2. Prices
The stated price is the total price the buyer will pay, including all taxes and mandatory surcharges. Costs not disclosed prior to purchase cannot be charged to the buyer.
3. Payment
A valid payment card (credit or debit card) is required to make a reservation.
Kragerø Resort reserves the right to reserve and charge the amount upon booking.
PRIVACY POLICY
1. Introduction
Kragerø Resort processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the Personal Data Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .
This statement describes how and why we collect, use and store personal information.

Kragerø Resort uses data processors, including MEWS , to provide booking services. A data processor agreement has been entered into in accordance with GDPR.
