Children's hours are every day from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

There is a 16-year age limit in the spa area from 3 PM, Sunday to Friday.

On Saturdays, the age limit is 18 from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM due to the pool party.

Spa etiquette

• Always use a towel when sitting or lying in a spa, sauna or on relaxation beds.
• Thorough body washing is mandatory before entering the spa area.
• Diving, jumping and reckless play in the pools are not permitted.
• It is not permitted to bring or enjoy your own food and drinks in the spa area.
• The use of underwear, long swim shorts, swimsuits with skirts or similar is not permitted.
• Rinse well with a water hose where you have been sitting in the steam room.
• Bringing food and drinks, bags/bags that do not belong to the hotel, as well as snuff and smoking are not allowed in the spa area.
• It is not permitted to take photos or film others without their consent.
• Verbal and non-verbal disruptive or inappropriate behavior is not accepted.
• Please be considerate of other bathers and avoid unnecessary water spillage.
