No. 993 880 787 is the data controller for the processing of personal data in our systems for booking, invoicing and hotel operations. We are also the data controller for our marketing and sending of emails to our customers and contacts.

Our online booking services are provided by Bookvisit AS. When you book directly through us, all information is entered into this system and is also visible to Bookvisit. We process this information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the booking agreement with you, and in addition as long as applicable laws or government regulations require us to do so.

Processing of personal data for marketing purposes

We will also use your e-mail address or phone number to send you news and offers, or ask you for feedback within the rules of existing customer relationships. You can withdraw any consent you have given us at any time. You can also opt out of receiving marketing in existing customer relationships.
